4. Istirahat yang Cukup

Faktor yang paling penting lain untuk bisa menambah tinggi badan dengan cepat dan alami adalah istirahat yang cukup. Tidur adalah salah satu solusi untuk mengistirahatkan tubuh kita dan mengisi ulang tubuh kita dari segala aktivitas. Tidurlah 7 sampai 8 jam dalam sehari dan biasakan untuk bangun pagi.
