Daily Mirror Online - U.S. President Barack Obama is thrown out of the first rank the most influential person in the world by Forbes Magazine . Top spot was taken by Russian President Vladimir Putin , while Obama is now in second position .

Telegraph , Wednesday, October 30, 2013 , Forbes Magazine released a statement which judging Putin , the Russian leader 61 -year -old , managed to consolidate his power as the number one man in the land of the Red Bear .

Obama displacement of the top ranking reflects a shift in the power dynamics of each individual head of state and government . Obama charm started to fade in the international community since the issue of the invasion of Syria stalled and stalled in U.S. government service ( shutdown ) sticking out into the public world .

British Prime Minister David Cameron was thrown out of the top 10 and sits in 11th position . List of the most influential figures this year show 17 figures who led the country with a GDP value of U.S. $ 48 trillion .
