Bombs of World War II are commonly found in Germany, especially in the industrial Ruhr region. The bombs were dropped by Allied forces from the air, while the United States-led forces burned the German who was then dominated by Hitler.
Approximately the same size bomb was found in the city of Koblenz on the Rhine river banks, which forced local authorities to evacuate 45,000 residents.
