And all the activities we never be separated from the ear , it means we have to maintain the health of the ear as well as possible . One way to maintain ear health is to cleanse the ear properly . So this article is a continuation of the previous article that discussed ways ear health . Let us Liha what we do in order to keep the normal ear and still be able to function properly .

    Steer clear of places that sound too harsh , dangerous place like this to your ear , like a KAROUKE or other places . Are too often heard the noisy sound can make you deaf , so be careful with this .
    Not good for health ear that always hear favorite songs with great sound using the earphones or small . It also can make your ear health is reduced and could be reduced from the normal range of hearing . Should you hear your favorite songs without using earphones , This is better let alone other people around you can hear and enjoy music with you

    Cleaning the ear by using cutton bud should be careful .     Do not hesitate to contact a doctor ENT ( ear nose and throat ) . The ENT doctor will check the health of your ears . And what - what happened to your ears they will not give advice on maintaining healthy ears .

So tips on how to maintain a healthy and right ear . Can you imagine if this ear health impaired , you will be disturbed also in almost all daily activities . Remember prevention is better than cure , so always keep our health . Maintaining health is also an act of gratitude of the servant of God's grace to us . So hopefully beneficial to all .
